SHIPPING
All “ready to ship” pieces will be shipped within 1-3 business days.
Orders will be shipped USPS First Class and will receive tracking information.
Fregoso Silversmithing is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

MADE-TO-ORDER
I reserve a 2-3 week window for fabrication of MTO or finished-to-size pieces, unless otherwise stated. Please know your size at the time of purchase.

REFUNDS/RETURNS
Returns will be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me as soon as possible after receiving your item if you are unhappy for any reason. No refunds will be given for incorrect ring size, so please be sure of your size before purchasing.

CUSTOM ORDERS
I am not taking custom orders at this time.

RESIZING
Any “ready to ship” ring may generally be sized up a half size only.
